How to request deletion
Send an email tosupport@wannabe.appwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
To help us process the request accurately, include any identifying details relevant to your usage, such as the email address used with your account and a short description of the data you want removed.
What we will delete
- IP logs associated with your use of the service
- Session-related data retained for operational purposes
- Internal records tied to your request where deletion is applicable
Processing timeline
Valid requests are processed within 30 days. If we need more information to verify or locate the relevant records, we will contact you by email.
